Yvette J. Shannon is a seasoned business operations leader with over 20 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, where she served as a Yeoman specializing in personnel administration and organizational support. She currently serves as Director of Business Operations at 51±¾É« Dominion University and brings extensive experience from community colleges and four-year institutions. Throughout her higher education career, Yvette has led academic initiatives, managed operational functions, and overseen various grant-funded projects. She holds a Master of Science with a concentration in Human Resources, an MBA, and is ABD (All but Dissertation) in a Doctor of Business Administration program.
